Alexandros Benis
President and Founder
A leading voice of Greek Diaspora politics and a practicing Orthodox Christian, Alexandros Benis studies political science and Russian language at Southern Methodist University. He has always been politically minded and excels at public speaking and Greek Diaspora outreach, regularly attending Greek heritage and church events in Dallas, TX and in his hometown of Seattle, WA. Benis founded KTE in January 2024 in response to the massive political and cultural upheaval being experienced in Greece, and hopes to bring his project to willing and able Greeks living abroad to return the nation of his ancestors to its once and future glory.

Christophoros Benis
Media Director
Brother of Alexandros Benis and former editor-in-chief of his college newspaper, Christophoros Benis studied Greek history and language at Loyola Marymount University before taking over all media responsibilities for KTE in the summer of 2024. Despite being Alexandros’ older brother, Christophoros believes Alexandros is a greater thinker and public speaker for what KTE intends to achieve, which is a return to traditionalism and Orthodox spirituality for the betterment of Greek society. Christophoros currently runs KTE’s social media channels and edits all articles and press releases seen on the website.

Maria Kavalierou
Hellenic Advisor
Maria Kavalierou is a key member of our organization and grew up in Milos, Greece, before attending college in Dallas, TX with our founder and president Alexandros Benis. Because of her unique perspective on Greek affairs, Maria advises KTE on all public facing content and ensures KTE does not become a political echo chamber limited by its split identity as a Greek American organization. Kavalierou is a former track athlete and helps her parents run Medusa Milos during the summer season, widely believed to be Milos’ most successful and sought after restaurant.

Telemachos Gregoriadis
Personnel Director
Telemachos Gregoriadis is a dedicated historian, writer, classicist, and serves as Personnel Director for To Kinima Tou Ethnous. The second to join after its founding, Telemachos has played a key role in shaping KTE's mission and direction. As a practicing Orthodox Christian and an active member of the Greek Diaspora, he is committed to preserving and promoting Greek heritage both at home and abroad.
Specializing in Greek history, folklore, and traditions, Telemachos oversees the writing, translation, and publication of historical texts, patriotic works, and Orthodox Christian writings for KTE. His work involves both reviving and making accessible key historical and cultural texts — translating and republishing them for modern audiences — as well as authoring original works that explore Greece's rich past, national identity, and Orthodox faith. Through these efforts, he ensures that essential works of Greek culture and history remain available for future generations.
With a background in Classics and modern European history, he has studied Greek (Ancient, Biblical, Liturgical, and Modern) and Latin, allowing him to engage directly with historical sources in their original languages. Beyond Telemachos' publishing work, he writes articles and essays for Greek Diaspora organizations, striving to inspire young Greeks to reconnect with their heritage and uphold their cultural and spiritual identity.
