To Kinima Tou Ethnous is a Greek Diaspora organization that seeks to leverage Greece’s greatest natural resource, its people, to influence Greek politics and involve the diaspora in the political process of Greece. KTE believes that Greece deserves a government of national and religious consciousness, one that is passionate in its Orthodox faith and unapologetic in its patriotism. The Greek diaspora deserves a part in the political process of Greece and KTE seeks to empower them and connect us to parties in Greece who share our ideals.

KTE is not a political party, but an advocacy group that seeks to represent the interests of the Greek diaspora in whatever capacity possible. We believe that Hellenes have always been a diasporic people, and have rarely been united by a single state. There have always been Greeks living worldwide, on different continents, and speaking different languages. Today is no different from ages past and Hellenes cover the earth with their ingenuity and immortal spirit. Despite various geographic and linguistic differences, KTE maintains that Greeks with loyalty to Hellas, have a vital role in state decision-making.

People who observe the Hellenic diaspora will note that Greeks living abroad tend to make their heritage a key component of their identity, with a strong adherence to the Orthodox Church, and an immense sense of pride in the Greek people and their accomplishments. All of this is accompanied by a deep desire to return to Greece, physically, economically, and politically. The Greek diaspora is more religious, more patriotic, and more attentive to their traditions than many people within Greece, who are bystanders in the face of the greatest cultural battle that Greece has had in generations.
